1. Planning & scheduling
We work closely with your athletic department to select a photo date, location, and schedule that fits your season, teams, and facilities. We take into account gym availability, practice schedules, and any special considerations so photo day runs efficiently.

2. Clear communication ahead of photo day
Before the shoot, we provide your organization with clear information to share with families—including what to expect, what to wear, and how ordering works. This helps reduce confusion and minimizes questions for coaches and staff.

3. Photo day execution
All necessary equipment is provided and set up by KDM. Our team manages the flow of athletes, works efficiently within the available time, and treats each participant with care and respect—keeping things moving without feeling rushed.

4. Online viewing & ordering
All ordering is done online. Families can view images before purchasing, choose the images they want, and select from packages or à la carte options. This eliminates paper order forms and removes the need for coaches or staff to collect payments.

5. Delivery & follow-up
Orders are printed, organized, and labeled by KDM, then delivered back to your organization ready for easy distribution. Our team supports families directly with any ordering or delivery questions.
